Privacy notice
Resource navigation without a case file.
The public navigator is designed to work without an account, intake form, or disclosure of names, case facts, supervision details, health history, or immigration status.
Last updated August 11, 2026Information Creating Belief intentionally receives
The public navigator does not intentionally transmit search terms or the device-local release plan to Creating Belief. A user can voluntarily email a correction or partnership request; that message is then handled as ordinary email. If a user chooses “Ask ChatGPT,” the plan text is shared with ChatGPT only after that explicit action and is then governed by the user's ChatGPT account and applicable OpenAI terms.
Information stored on the device
Saved resources, task status, text-size preference, and contrast preference are stored in the browser's local storage. They remain on that browser profile until the user clears the plan, clears site data, or the browser removes it. Creating Belief cannot recover a deleted device-local plan.
In the iOS and Android app, saved resources, onboarding status, and release-plan selections are stored in the app's local device storage. Creating Belief does not receive searches, favorites, or release-plan selections through the app. Local data may be included in a device backup depending on Apple, Google, and device settings.
Mobile resource updates
When online, the mobile app may request the newest public resource directory and release metadata from navigator.creatingbelief.com. The request does not include search terms, favorites, or release-plan selections. The mobile app contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, data broker code, or cross-app tracking and does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo, Bluetooth, or health-data permissions.
Hosting and security logs
Like most public websites, hosting and network providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested path, and security events to deliver and protect the service. The public release does not use those logs to build reentry profiles or make eligibility, supervision, benefits, housing, employment, health, or law-enforcement decisions.
What not to enter
Do not enter full names, dates of birth, case numbers, medical diagnoses, Social Security numbers, immigration details, victim information, passwords, or confidential legal or supervision information. Search by public need and location instead—for example, “housing in Oxford County.”
