Creating Belief is designing the navigator toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and applicable Section 508 requirements. We state the current testing status plainly instead of claiming certification before independent review.

Accessibility features in this release

Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, and native form controls.
Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators and a skip link.
Responsive layouts from 320-pixel mobile screens through desktop and fullscreen views.
Minimum 44-pixel interactive targets, plain-language instructions, larger-text mode, and high-contrast mode.
Reduced-motion support, print-friendly planning output, and text alternatives for non-text controls.
No audio, video, drag-only interaction, time limit, or flashing content.

Current conformance status

Automated code checks and keyboard-oriented design review are part of release testing. A completed VPAT-based Accessibility Conformance Report and independent manual testing with screen readers, magnification, speech input, keyboard-only use, and Maine's procurement testing process are still pending. Until that work is completed and documented, Creating Belief does not claim formal WCAG or Section 508 conformance.
